Scope of Work

Add kitchen, bathroom, HVAC

The contractor who installed the initial flooring during the previous remodel effort did not install the moisture barrier, so the construction crew took the flooring out, added the vapor barrier, and then re-installed the new flooring material.

Temporary on site facilities (toilet, water), hauling away extra soil and construction debris Trench and extend sewer line from closest cleanout (up to 55 LF sewer line with ejector pump). Running the water line from outdoor faucet (up to 50 LF). Install vapor barrier, demo existing flooring, install new flooring. Lines for 2 sinks, washer, water heater, toilet, shower. Bring existing outlets up to code, adding 2 new exterior lights, additional outlets for appliances (water heater, HVAC), additional lights for vanity. Install water heater, ductless mini-split HVAC, bathroom fan, ERV. Patch up where needed. Waterproof walls, tile or paint as needed. Install faucets, shower valve, toilet, sink, shower. Installing customer-supplied trim, cabinets, countertop, vanity, appliances for bath / kitchen.
