This company is built by homeowners for homeowners. To start with, we have been in your shoes. Moreover, 75% of the team still lives in homes they had built. We had an unpleasant situation with a client when we started work on panel upgrade at the start of our contract, not when the client started the project. It became our fault that PG&E took a year to upgrade the transformer and then the panel. We had learned the lesson.
