Scope of Work

Permit, site work and deck for an ADU office prefab

The stucco of the ADU office prefab matches the color and texture of the main house and nearby garage. Windows and doors also match the rest of the windows and doors on the property.

City permits. Demolition of concrete patio (turned out to be a six inch thick slab). Tree protection. Concrete foundation with 18″ crawl space. Trench for and install water and sewer lines. Run a new electrical line. Unit utility connection, touch-ups (on arrival). Crane work (includes costs for crane, traffic control and anchoring the unit). Install deck.
